When You are trying to pray God, You will feel You are sitting in the house of God or you are in your house & there is one trouble Your soul is facing that you don’t know what should you say to God. Your soul is simply weighing in your body, and you can’t even think or speak .At that time you just say, "Lord help me." You just cry because you want all your burdens to be lift from you and you want Peace too, but unfortunately you can’t get your words out from your inside soul. These all things are written by me as I also faced the same situation and tears were streaming down out of my eyes to many times .I was in such a condition that couldn’t utter a single word out of my mouth. I was just shivering and my body was shaking like anything. At that moment of time only one thing came out of my mouth, which was “LORD HELP ME”, that too again and again. Suddenly I started chilling down my spines, and I started feeling good, I started shouting and singing, “THANK YOU JESUS—THANK YOU LORD”. Actually I found my Christian myspace.

So pray to God. And wait for God to move within you. When everything will be done you will be find yourself shouting the Praise of lord. You will be praising his mighty name.

When you are troubled in spirit and do not know how or what to pray. Let the Holy Spirit speak for you and wait for God to move within you. When all is said and done you will be shouting the praise of the Lord at the top of your lungs. You will praise His Mighty Name.
