Question by Xan: Where are some good places to meet people?
More specifically, I’m a pretty shy person, and a Christian (so that, for me, bars and such are out of the question) and generally need scenes where you are “forced” to socialize (i.e., a fellowship dinner or study group.)

I’m in the age range of undergraduate college students.

My church really doesn’t have a whole lot for me to work with, considering that the singles group only consists of people who are 30+, and there is only a single thing that meets tuesday nights (which I do go to) but it’s really not enough, I need to find other avenues on top of that.

Again I’m really really shy so unless it’s a place where socializing is highly encouraged, I probably won’t do very well.

No, talk to people you know. Meet girls/guys at school or church, or wherever you socially interact.
